we also take a look at how the war effected the league, and the contribution made by the players.
As part of this episode we spoke to two authors, Barbra Cullen, author of Harder than football, and we also chat to Nick Richardson, author of The Game of their lives.
Both provide an interesting insight into VFL football and the war.
To finish off we read a list of all the players that gave their lives in the war.
