Episode 112 - 1975 Part 2

In Part 2 of the 1975 episode, even the top teams kicking for goal seems to be off this season, with sooooo many points scored. The Pies put a plan in place to get rid of the collywobbles once and for all, but the plan looks shaky. We wrap up the Pitura affair, The Kangaroos start the season in terrible form and the Hawks little fella continues his battle with Cancer.

In Part 1 of our 1975 episode, We finally get a resolution to the Pitura affair,but which team came out the winner? Kicking for goal seems to be off this season, with sooooo many points scored. Des Tuddenham has some interesting Training techniques for the bombers, speaking of the bombers they are involved in another nasty spurt of violence, and every team in the league makes an adjustment to their uniform.

In Part 1 of the 1973 episode, We explore the 10 year rule in a bit more detail, and look at the big moves that the Kangaroos made in exploiting this rule. Kevin Murray reaches not 1 but 2 milestones this season. The Hawks in a desperate move late in the season call for help from above, and the Cats also look to a past champion to turn their team around.

Geelong are very un geelong like,  and the Bulldogs make a bold appointement, in their new coach. Hudson’s knee takes centre stage and we get  the debut of a player that we actually  watched play live (yes its getting to that time) we also farewell legendary coach Norm Smith. …..all this and more…….
